Progress!!

To say we have been busy is a mild understatement. I can't believe today is April 1...seriously?! However, that does mean we are getting closer to the finish line with the house construction. All the drywall is up and completed in the whole house and its awesome!

Last week felt like a lost week of work with some minor hiccups. The wrong color of tile was ordered for our bathroom. I'm so happy I was able to meet the tile guy on my lunch break to go over a few questions he had or we might have had a big issue on our hands. The wrong tile was sent back and the new should arrive in 10 days. Our hardwood floors were supposed to be laid last week but since we don't have our furnace on, they can't install them due to the wood having to acclimate before. So there had to be some juggling of the work schedule. We picked out our trim and doors last week and they should arrive today or tomorrow. All the kitchen cabinets were delivered Thursday afternoon and the install on those is scheduled to start today.

Justin picked up all of our lights and brought those over to us! We are so excited to start seeing everything come together. Can't wait to see the lights up!
